The Collection J was inspired by a duvet, and the idea of not layering too much clothes. An exploration of specific materials made to give a full heat experience with wearing nothing but a t-shirt underneath. Collection J is the concept between a jacket and a hoodie.

Shipping costs in Spain are free, regardless of weight or number of items. All orders will be sent through our courier service and will require signature upon delivery. International shipments are priced depending on the country.
Shipments in Spain usually take 1 to 3 business days. International shipments usually take 3 to 7 business days.
All transit times are subject to delays caused by heavy merchandise seasons, weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, although we will do our best to make your order arrive on time. Please note that shipping companies require a signature upon delivery and will not leave the merchandise without it. Orders can be delivered to the workplace, which is usually easier and avoids disappointment and delay in products that are returned to us for not having been delivered.
All orders are shipped from Barcelona. All products are shipped in Jay Serra packaging.
Only products purchased directly on the Jay Serra website can be returned, following the steps described below. If you have purchased your Jay Serra products in a store or on other websites, these products must be returned in the original store or on the website where they were purchased.
If for any reason, you were not satisfied with your Jay Serra products, follow our Return Procedure. Jay Serra reserves the right to refuse the return of products that have not been sent in accordance with our return procedure and we may ask you to pay the shipping costs for such return merchandise. Our return procedure does not affect your legal rights.
Please note that we need a period of 30 days to process your refund, although it is usually done within 3 to 5 days of receipt.
Return of new and unused products
You can return new, unused or unused products within 30 days from the date of shipment of such products. All products must be returned unused, together with their original packaging. We ask that you take care of the returned products. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process the refund if you do not take care of the products. Make sure the return package is well packaged and sealed securely.
You can exchange your items for a different model up to the maximum original order value, or return the items to receive a refund and subsequently place a new order. The changes will be sent to the address listed in your original order. In case you need to change the address, request a refund and place a new order again.
All changes will be made at the discretion of Jay Serra and subject to the availability of adequate replacement stock. Packages must be sent with the postage paid. Customers within Spain can return the products for free by following the steps described below. We recommend that you use a courier service with insurance for international returns. Save the proof of delivery, since Jay Serra cannot issue refunds for items you have not received.
If the return is due to a failure or an error in your order, contact Jay Serra first to give you instructions on how to proceed. If necessary, Hunter will reimburse the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account using the login link that appears in the upper right of our website.
- In the "My orders" section, identify the order number containing the items you wish to return or exchange and select "Return / Change".
- Select the reason for the return of each item and indicate if it is returned to receive a refund or exchange it. In the case of changes, select the new color or size you wish to receive. If you want to change it for a different model with a value not exceeding the price of the original item, contact the customer service team.
